Trigify Alternatives: 7 Tools to Replace It by 22 October
Trigify closes on 22 October 2026. Here are seven replacements sorted by the job you used it for, where each one is the wrong choice, and a worksheet for getting your setup out in time.
Trigify is being retired: for most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. The best Trigify alternatives depend on which job you used it for. To act on LinkedIn engagement signals with outreach included, look at Intentsly, Gojiberry or Valley. To route team and competitor engagement into your CRM, look at Teamfluence. To rebuild workflows yourself, use Clay with PhantomBuster as a source. Common Room suits larger budgets.
What is happening to Trigify, and what must you do before 22 October?
On 23 September 2026 Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is being retired. The announcement on Trigify's site says access stays available for most customers until 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, and that customers with different contractual notice periods get their dates directly.
Four points in that announcement decide your next two weeks:
- Your Trigify account will not be migrated to HubSpot.
- Integrations and API access stop when account access ends.
- You are asked to save anything you want to keep before then, using the export options already in the product. The announcement gives a contact address for export help.
- Subscriptions do not renew past the end date, and final invoices, credits or refunds are confirmed to each customer directly.
In practice that means three pieces of work: get your data out, write down your setup so it can be rebuilt elsewhere, and have a replacement running before the old alerts go quiet. The worksheet further down covers the first two.
Which Trigify job are you replacing?
Trigify did several jobs, and no single tool replaces all of them. Its own help docs describe three.
Signals on tracked profiles and companies. Social Signals followed the profiles and companies you chose and surfaced events such as likes and comments on competitor or tracked content, role changes and hiring. The same doc says you could route signals into your CRM, Slack or a sequencing tool.
Keyword listening across platforms. A Listening search took keywords with AND and NOT terms and ran them across sources that, depending on your workspace, included posts on what the docs call the Business Network, X, Reddit, YouTube, podcasts and Hacker News.
Workflows. Results moved onward through workflow nodes. Trigify's guide to sending data out describes an HTTP Request node posting to a Clay webhook, native nodes for HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce and Airtable, and an If Condition node to filter posts first.
Trigify's help centre lists outreach and sequencing tools among its integrations, so for most teams the conversation itself happened in another product. That matters for your choice: some of the tools below include outreach and some stop at the signal.
Trigify alternatives compared
We make Intentsly, which is one of the seven. It sits first in the table so you can see the bias, and the "wrong choice if" column applies to it as much as to the others. Every fact about another vendor comes from that vendor's own site, checked on 13 October 2026. Prices change, so confirm on the linked page before you buy.
| Tool | Replaces which Trigify job | Runs outreach? | Published starting price | Wrong choice if | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Intentsly | Engagement on competitor and industry-leader posts, keyword posts, competitor page followers and hashtag engagement, on LinkedIn only | Yes, AI SDR on LinkedIn | See our pricing page | You only want a data feed for workflows you build yourself, or your Listening searches ran on Reddit, X, YouTube, podcasts or Hacker News | Intentsly LinkedIn signals |
| Gojiberry | Buying and social signals such as competitor engagement and company follows | Yes, LinkedIn and email | Pro at $99/month: 2 AI agents, up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month | You need more than the Pro limits without a custom quote | gojiberry.ai |
| Valley | Engagement, hiring, competitor frustration and keyword conversations | Yes, LinkedIn, with email as an add-on on Starter | Starter at $199 per seat per month, billed monthly | You run several senders and watch per-seat cost | Valley pricing |
| Teamfluence | Engagement on your team's profiles and posts, competitor posts, influencer activity, keywords | Connection requests spread across team accounts | 449€/month shown, unlimited seats, 1,000 new leads a month | You are one person and do not need team seats | Teamfluence pricing |
| Clay | The workflow layer: tables, enrichment, signals such as job changes | Not checked for this article | Free plan; Launch shown at $167/mo, Growth at $446/mo | You want buyers found for you without building tables | Clay pricing |
| PhantomBuster | Lists of likers and commenters on posts you name | Not checked for this article | Start at $69/month, or $56 with annual billing | You want topic listening or live alerts | PhantomBuster pricing explained |
| Common Room | Company-wide signal unification across product, community and social | Not checked for this article | Essential at $2,500/mo, billed annually, 5 seats | You have a small-team budget, or you mainly tracked engagement on other people's LinkedIn posts (confirm coverage first) | Common Room pricing |
What each alternative does well, and where it is the wrong choice
Intentsly
Intentsly watches one place, LinkedIn. It picks up people who like, comment on or share posts from competitors and industry leaders, posts that contain your keywords, followers of competitor company pages and hashtag engagement. Each prospect is scored against your ideal customer profile and enriched with a verified email, then an AI SDR starts the LinkedIn conversation, keeps it going and sends your Cal.com or Google Calendar link so the lead books the demo. It integrates natively with HubSpot, Cal.com, Google Calendar and LinkedIn, runs up to 2 LinkedIn accounts per plan, and setup is self-serve, with a 7-day free trial and no sales call.
The proof we can stand behind is our own campaign. We ran Intentsly on ourselves on LinkedIn, contacting founders who were complaining about cold outreach burnout, and booked 14 qualified demos in 14 days at 4x the reply rate of our earlier cold campaigns. The case study has the detail. It is one campaign, ours, on LinkedIn, so treat it as evidence that the method works and not as a forecast for your market.
Wrong choice if Trigify was mainly the trigger for workflows you built yourself: Intentsly is built to carry a signal through to a booked demo, and a builder's tool such as Clay will suit you better. It is also not a replacement for Listening searches: it does not monitor Reddit, X, YouTube, podcasts or Hacker News.
Gojiberry
Gojiberry's site describes detecting warm leads from 15+ buying and social signals, with competitor engagement and company follows among the examples, and running email and LinkedIn campaigns with AI copywriting and automatic follow-ups. The Pro plan is listed at $99/month with 2 AI agents and up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month, and includes CRM, API and MCP integrations. Its pricing help article adds that the plan connects up to 2 LinkedIn accounts and that extra outreach agents cost $59/month each.
Wrong choice if you need more agents or volume than Pro allows and want a public price for it: the tier above is custom.
Valley
Valley's product page says it catches relevant engagement, hiring, competitor frustrations and conversations around your keywords, checks each person against your ideal customer, drafts messages in your style and lets you review before sending. Its pricing page lists Starter at $199 per seat per month billed monthly, with a 7-day trial that requires a payment method. On Starter, email sending is an optional add-on.
Wrong choice if several people send: the product page states that one seat connects one LinkedIn account, so cost grows with every sender.
Teamfluence
Teamfluence monitors your team's profile visits, connections, posts, likes, comments and shares, and also tracks competitor posts, influencer activity and keywords. Its examples send a Slack alert, create a HubSpot contact or fire a webhook to Clay, which is close to how many teams used Trigify. The pricing page showed 449€/month with unlimited seats and 1,000 new leads a month when we checked, and says Trigify customers get price matching and a free migration service.
Wrong choice if you are a solo operator. The plan we saw is built around a whole team's accounts, and the outreach its homepage describes is connection requests distributed across those accounts. The pricing page also lists a smaller plan; we did not see a price for it.
Clay
Clay is the closest match for the workflow half of Trigify. Clay's pricing page lists a free plan, a Launch plan shown at $167/mo that includes tracking job changes and other signals, and a Growth plan shown at $446/mo. The same page's FAQ quotes $185 and $495 as starting prices, so check which billing term you are looking at.
One detail matters if you are moving a Trigify-to-Clay setup. Trigify's docs send data into Clay through a webhook table, and Clay's pricing page lists webhooks, CRM sync and HTTP API from the Growth plan, not Launch. Budget for that before you assume the cheaper plan will do.
Wrong choice if you want in-market people found and contacted for you. Clay gives you the parts, and you build the table.
PhantomBuster
PhantomBuster replaces the narrowest Trigify job well: getting the people who engaged with a specific post. Its Post Likers and Post Commenters automations take post URLs and return the people behind the engagement, with comment text for commenters, and the Post Commenters guide describes scheduled launches and a Watcher mode that collects only new comments. The same guide says the automation needs your LinkedIn session connected so it can act on your behalf. Pricing in its own explainer, dated July 2026, is $69/month for Start or $56 with annual billing, with a 14-day trial and no card.
Wrong choice if you relied on Trigify for topic listening or alerts. PhantomBuster's comparison with Trigify says it does not provide live alerts for profile updates and focuses on engagement data you target, not broad topic listening.
Common Room
Common Room works at a different scale. Its pricing page lists Essential at $2,500/mo billed annually with 5 seats and up to 100k contacts, and custom pricing above that. It is built to unify signals from many sources for a go-to-market team.
Check coverage first if you used Trigify to see who engaged with competitor or influencer posts. Common Room's LinkedIn integration doc says you can only connect your company's page, not personal profiles, and its Chrome extension post carries a notice that capturing engagement from any LinkedIn post stopped on 6 December 2024. Ask their team what covers that today before you sign an annual contract. It is also the wrong choice on a small-team budget.
How do you choose a Trigify replacement in one minute?
Answer two questions: what did Trigify hand you, and who acted on it?
- You watched who engaged with competitor or influencer posts, then messaged them. Pick a tool that includes outreach: Intentsly, Gojiberry or Valley. All three are LinkedIn tools; if Reddit or X sources mattered to you, see point 6. Compare Gojiberry's agent limits and Valley's per-seat price against how many people send.
- Your team sells through its own LinkedIn profiles and leads belong in HubSpot or Slack. Teamfluence.
- Trigify fed Clay tables or workflows you built. Keep Clay, check that your plan includes webhooks, and add a source for post engagement such as PhantomBuster.
- You only pulled likers and commenters from a handful of posts. PhantomBuster alone.
- You are unifying product, community and social signals with an enterprise budget. Common Room.
- You listened for keywords on Reddit, X, YouTube, podcasts or Hacker News. We could not confirm a like-for-like replacement among these seven from their own sites, so we are not naming one. Ask each vendor for its source list in writing before you sign.
If two answers apply, replace the job that produced meetings first and let the other wait a month.
Copy this migration worksheet before access ends
The fields below follow the inputs in Trigify's help docs, so you can fill them in by opening each search and workflow in turn. Paste it into a doc and complete one line per item.
TRIGIFY MIGRATION WORKSHEET (finish before 22 October 2026)
1. Listening searches
Name | Keywords | AND terms | NOT terms | Sources | Frequency | Still needed? Y/N
2. Monitored profiles and companies
URL | Person or company | Why tracked (competitor, influencer, customer, own team) | Still needed? Y/N
3. Workflows
Name | Trigger | Filter conditions | Enrichment steps | Destination (CRM object, Slack channel, Clay webhook, sheet)
4. Downstream dependencies
Tool | What breaks when Trigify stops | Owner | Replacement source
5. Exports saved
What | File or location | Date | Opened and checked? Y/N
6. Billing
Renewal date | Final invoice received? | Credits or refund confirmed in writing?
Three habits make the switch cleaner. Drop anything marked "N" instead of rebuilding it. Run the replacement alongside Trigify for a few days while both still work, so you can compare what each one catches. Write down the message you send for each signal, because the wording is yours and moves with you whatever tool you choose. If you want a starting list of signals worth rebuilding first, the Buying Signal Playbook covers 12 worth chasing and 8 to ignore.
What to do next
Fill in sections 1 to 3 of the worksheet today, while the product still opens. Then use the decision rule to shortlist two tools and start both trials this week, so you have a few days of overlap before 22 October.
If your Trigify use was engagement on competitor and industry-leader posts followed by outreach, see how Intentsly's LinkedIn signals handle it. If part of your listening was on Reddit, our guide to finding B2B leads on Reddit has the search queries to rebuild by hand first.
FAQ
When does Trigify shut down?
For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, according to Trigify's announcement. Customers with different contractual notice periods are told their dates directly. Integrations and API access stop at the same moment as account access, so anything downstream that depends on Trigify stops receiving data then.
Will my Trigify account move to HubSpot?
No. Trigify's announcement says the team is joining HubSpot, the standalone platform is being retired, and accounts will not be migrated. It also says customer data will not be used by HubSpot as part of the move. You need to export what you want to keep and rebuild your setup in another tool.
What is the closest Trigify alternative?
It depends on the job. For engagement signals followed by outreach, compare Intentsly, Gojiberry and Valley. For team and competitor engagement routed into a CRM, Teamfluence is closest. For the workflow layer, Clay. On the pages we read, no tool in this list documents the same mix of listening sources that Trigify's docs describe, so check sources before you commit.
How much did Trigify cost compared with the alternatives?
Trigify's plans article lists Starter at $40/mo with 4,000 credits and Max at $199/mo with 40,000 credits. Among the six other vendors here, the lowest paid plans we saw on 13 October 2026 ran from $69/month for PhantomBuster Start to $2,500/mo for Common Room Essential. The comparison table above links each vendor's pricing page.
Is there a free Trigify alternative?
Partly. Clay's pricing page lists a free plan, though signal tracking starts on the paid Launch plan. PhantomBuster describes a free plan with 30 minutes of execution time a month and one slot, and a 14-day trial. Neither replaces continuous monitoring, but both are enough to test whether the data is useful.
