Intentsly vs HeyReach: Sending Engine or AI SDR?

HeyReach sends LinkedIn campaigns from as many accounts as you connect and puts every reply in one inbox; Intentsly finds people showing buying signals and lets an AI SDR hold the conversation. HeyReach's side of the table comes from its own site, opened today.

Intentsly vs HeyReach comes down to which half of LinkedIn outbound you want to hand off. HeyReach is a sending engine: you bring the lead list, it runs campaigns across as many LinkedIn accounts as you connect, and every reply lands in one inbox for your team. Intentsly finds the people showing buying signals on LinkedIn, scores them against your ideal customer profile, and its AI SDR holds the conversation until the lead books. Volume across many senders: HeyReach. Leads found and replies answered for one or two profiles: Intentsly.

Everything about HeyReach below comes from heyreach.io and help.heyreach.io, opened on 2 November 2026, with a link on each claim. Everything about Intentsly is what the product does today, limits included. The reviews ranking for this search are written by vendors selling a third tool, so this page sticks to what HeyReach says about itself.

Two rows decide most purchases: where leads come from, and what happens on a reply. If you already have a list and people to work the inbox, HeyReach fits. If you have neither, those are the two jobs Intentsly does.

Where is HeyReach the better choice?

HeyReach is built for things Intentsly does not attempt. If one of these is why you are shopping, buy HeyReach.

You run many LinkedIn accounts. HeyReach charges per sender on Growth and sells Agency bundles of 25 and 50 senders, with an Unlimited plan capped at 300 under fair use (pricing, plans article). Teammates, VAs and clients are free; you pay only for senders. Intentsly is built around two accounts per workspace.

You are an agency running client accounts. Agency and Unlimited include whitelabel with your own domain, client workspaces, a master view and a manager role for client organisations (plans article). Intentsly has nothing comparable.

You already have the list. If your leads come from a Sales Navigator search, a Clay table, RB2B website visitors or HubSpot, HeyReach takes them in directly (homepage). Intentsly finds people from live LinkedIn behaviour; it is not where you load a list you built elsewhere.

You want LinkedIn and email in one motion. HeyReach connects natively to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, so a lead who ignores LinkedIn can get an email from your email tool (homepage). Intentsly's AI SDR sends LinkedIn messages only.

You build your own automation. A public API, webhooks, an MCP server for AI agents and a CLI are part of the product, and HeyReach publishes its own n8n recipes for routing replies into HubSpot (homepage, n8n post). Intentsly has native integrations and export, no API.

You want voice notes and profile views in the sequence. HeyReach lists voice notes and profile views as campaign steps (pricing). Intentsly sends connection requests and messages.

Where is Intentsly the better choice?

You do not have a list yet. HeyReach starts when a list arrives. Intentsly starts earlier: it watches who engages with competitor and industry-leader posts, who posts about the problem you solve, who follows competitor pages and who engages with your hashtags, then scores each person against your ICP. When you would otherwise be building the list by hand every week, LinkedIn signals is the feature that does that step for you. The 12 LinkedIn buying signals worth chasing shows what those triggers look like.

Nobody is free to work the inbox. HeyReach's unified inbox, sentiment tags and AI drafting help a person reply faster, but a person replies. Its own n8n post builds a workflow that classifies replies and saves them to HubSpot; drafting a reply appears only as a future idea with a human approving it in Slack (n8n post). In Intentsly, the AI SDR holds the LinkedIn conversation in your place and sends your Cal.com or Google Calendar link so the lead books the meeting.

We ran this on ourselves at launch. Our own signals and AI SDR, aimed at founders posting about cold outreach burnout, booked 14 qualified demos in 14 days with zero manual outreach, and the reply rate was 4x our previous cold campaigns. Most of those leads came from signals caught in real time, not from a list.

You run one or two profiles. HeyReach's own alternatives post points solo founders and freelancers to another tool (alternatives post), and its pricing is built around sender count. If your outbound runs from the founder's profile and maybe one more, Intentsly is sized for that.

You want the limit set for you. HeyReach lets you set daily limits per account, allows up to 40 connection requests a day, recommends 25, and caps each sender at 200 a week (limits article). Intentsly caps each account at 30 messages and 30 connection requests a day and recommends 15. Both are under LinkedIn's rules either way; the difference is who picks the number.

You sell in Romanian, German or Dutch. Intentsly monitors and writes in English, Romanian, German and Dutch. The HeyReach pages opened today do not state supported languages, so ask before you assume either way.

    What does each tool cost?

HeyReach's pricing page lists Growth at $79 per sender a month, or $72 billed quarterly and $64 billed yearly; Agency at $999 a month; and Unlimited at $2,999 a month, with a fair-use cap of 300 senders (pricing). Its help center, dated 11 September 2026, adds detail: Growth drops to $59 per sender a month at 10 or more senders, Micro Agency is 25 senders and Agency 50 is $1,399 a month (plans article). There is also a heavily discounted Early Stage plan for companies under $250,000 in ARR with fewer than five people, and a custom done-for-you service.

Two details change the real cost. Users are free and you pay per sender, so the bill tracks LinkedIn accounts, not headcount. And enrichment credits are a one-time allocation per subscription, 100 per sender on Growth, with top-ups whose prices are not listed (pricing). If you want email sequences, the Instantly or Smartlead subscription is a separate bill.

Intentsly: see the pricing page. There is a 7-day free trial, setup is self-serve with no sales call, and you can cancel anytime.

The fair comparison is cost per booked meeting. HeyReach's subscription buys sending; the list source and the person in the inbox are extra costs you already pay or will need. Add both before comparing plans.

    Can you use both?

On the same LinkedIn account, no. HeyReach's own help center says limits are per LinkedIn account, not per campaign (sending limits), and LinkedIn counts every action against one profile whichever tool sent it. Two tools on one profile means neither knows the real daily total.

On different accounts, yes. A common split: Intentsly on the founder's profile, finding signals and holding those conversations; HeyReach on SDR or client accounts running list-based campaigns at volume. Both connect to HubSpot, so the CRM stays the one record. If you came here because a signal tool used to feed HeyReach campaigns, the guide to keeping Smartlead and HeyReach campaigns after Trigify covers that setup.

How do you switch from HeyReach to Intentsly?

HeyReach exports each lead list to CSV from the list's menu, with its default columns only; custom variables do not come with it (leads screen). Before you cancel:

    1. Export every list you still want, and copy any custom variables out separately, since the CSV will not carry them.
    2. Write down where your best lists came from: which Sales Navigator searches, which competitor posts, which Clay tables. These become your signal definitions.
    3. Save the message steps that got replies, for reference.
    4. Check your HubSpot sync so the fields you rely on keep filling.
    5. Clear the unified inbox, so nobody mid-conversation goes cold during the move.

Intentsly finds people from live signals rather than an imported list, so item 2 carries over, not the CSV. Set up the same competitors, keywords and hashtags as signals, connect HubSpot, and pause HeyReach campaigns on any account Intentsly will send from. The seven-step signal-based outbound setup is the order to do it in.

    Which should you pick?

If you run many senders, manage client accounts, already have lists, want email through Instantly or Smartlead, or build on an API: HeyReach. If your buyers are on LinkedIn, you run one or two profiles, and you want both the finding and the replying done for you: Intentsly.

The quickest test is to look at your own buyers. Open /try-ai, which shows people matching your profile engaging on LinkedIn right now, no account needed. If the list is thin, your buyers are not where Intentsly looks and a list-driven tool like HeyReach is the better bet. If it is full, start the 7-day trial and let the AI SDR take the first conversations. Other pairings are on the compare index.

    FAQ

Does HeyReach reply to leads automatically?

Not on the pages opened today. Replies land in HeyReach's unified inbox with sentiment analysis and auto-tagging, and an AI chat helps draft answers, but a person sends them. HeyReach's own n8n post builds reply classification and a HubSpot write-back, not auto-replies (n8n post). Intentsly's AI SDR continues the conversation and sends your calendar link.

Does HeyReach find leads or buying signals?

HeyReach's homepage describes leads coming in from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot or other tools, then running through campaigns (homepage). It does not describe monitoring LinkedIn for buying signals itself. Intentsly watches post engagement, keyword posts, competitor pages and hashtags, scores who shows up against your ICP and hands them to the AI SDR.

    How much does HeyReach cost?

HeyReach's pricing page lists Growth at $79 per sender a month, less when billed quarterly or yearly, Agency from $999 a month and Unlimited at $2,999 a month, with a 14-day trial and no card required (pricing). Teammates are free; you pay per LinkedIn sender. Intentsly's plans are on its pricing page, with a 7-day free trial.

How many LinkedIn connection requests does HeyReach send a day?

You set it per account. HeyReach's help center says the system allows up to 40 a day, recommends 25 once an account is warmed up, suggests 30 at most for accounts with over 1,000 connections, and caps each sender at 200 a week (limits article). Intentsly caps each account at 30 connection requests and 30 messages a day, with 15 recommended.

    Can HeyReach send emails?

Not by itself. HeyReach's alternatives post says it focuses exclusively on LinkedIn and reaches email through partner integrations (alternatives post); its homepage lists native Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison connections. Intentsly finds verified emails but its AI SDR sends LinkedIn messages only, so neither replaces an email sending tool.

Can I export my leads from HeyReach?

Yes. Each lead list has an Export to CSV option, but it includes HeyReach's default columns only, not custom variables (leads screen). Copy custom fields out separately before you cancel. When moving to Intentsly, the more useful thing to carry over is where your best lists came from, since Intentsly finds people from live signals.
