Intentsly vs Waalaxy: Sequences on a List or an AI SDR?
Waalaxy runs pre-built LinkedIn and email sequences on a list you import and detects replies for a person to answer; Intentsly finds people showing buying signals on LinkedIn and lets an AI SDR hold the conversation. Waalaxy's side of the table comes from its own site, opened today.
Intentsly vs Waalaxy comes down to which half of LinkedIn outbound you hand off. Waalaxy is a sequence tool: you import prospects from a LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator or a CSV, pick a ready-made sequence, and it sends the invitations and follow-ups within LinkedIn's quotas, plus cold email on its top plan. Intentsly finds people showing buying signals on LinkedIn, scores them against your ideal customer profile, and its AI SDR holds the conversation until the lead books. A list and a person for the inbox: Waalaxy. Neither: Intentsly.
Everything about Waalaxy below comes from waalaxy.com, opened on 4 November 2026, with a link on each claim. Everything about Intentsly is what the product does today, limits included. The reviews ranking for this search are written by vendors selling a third tool, so this page sticks to what Waalaxy says about itself.

Two rows decide most purchases: where leads come from, and what happens on a reply. If you already have a list and a person who will work the inbox, Waalaxy fits. If you have neither, those are the two jobs Intentsly does.
Where is Waalaxy the better choice?
Waalaxy is built for things Intentsly does not attempt. If one of these is why you are shopping, buy Waalaxy.
You already have the list. Waalaxy's whole flow starts from a LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite search, a CSV, or a push from n8n or Make (prospecting feature). Intentsly finds people from live LinkedIn behaviour; it is not where you load a list you built elsewhere.
You want LinkedIn and email in one sequence. The Business plan adds cold email sequences, automated email follow-ups and multiple sender addresses, so a prospect who ignores the connection request gets an email from the same campaign (pricing). Intentsly's AI SDR sends LinkedIn messages only.
You need more volume per account. Waalaxy's limits article gives Advanced and Business users up to 100 invitations a day and 200 a week, and 120 to 150 messages a day, randomised between 80% and 100% of the maximum each day (limits article). Intentsly caps each account at 30 messages and 30 connection requests a day and recommends 15. If your model depends on sending hundreds of invitations a week from one profile, Waalaxy allows it and Intentsly does not.
You want to launch in minutes from a template. The homepage lists 99+ ready-made sequences and says most users launch their first campaign in under 10 minutes (homepage). Intentsly needs you to define the signals to watch and the profile to score against before anything goes out.
You run a team on one bill. Every plan includes a team workspace, shared analytics, duplicate prevention so two reps never message the same prospect, and unified payment, with an Enterprise tier for five or more seats (pricing). Intentsly is built around two LinkedIn accounts per workspace.
You build your own automation. API access and Zapier, Make and n8n modules come with Advanced and above, and the site lists HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce as native CRM connections (AI info page). Intentsly has native HubSpot, Cal.com and Google Calendar integrations and export, no API.
You want an email finder in the same tool. Waalaxy bundles Email Finder credits, 25 a month on Pro and Advanced and 500 on Business, with extra credits for sale, and the homepage promises "a guaranteed 61%+ match rate" (homepage, pricing). Intentsly finds verified emails for the prospects it surfaces, without a credit system to manage.
Where is Intentsly the better choice?
You do not have a list yet. Waalaxy starts when a list arrives, and it will pull in people who react to or comment on your own posts. Intentsly starts earlier and wider: it watches who engages with competitor and industry-leader posts, who posts about the problem you solve, who follows competitor pages and who engages with your hashtags, then scores each person against your ICP before anyone is contacted. Waalaxy's feature page does say you can target people "engaging with competitors or Key Opinion Leaders" (prospecting feature), so the difference is not whether post engagement counts but whether the watching is continuous and the fit is checked for you. When you would otherwise be rebuilding the list by hand every week, LinkedIn signals is the feature that does that step. The 12 LinkedIn buying signals worth chasing shows what those triggers look like.
Nobody is free to work the inbox. Waalaxy detects a reply and pauses the sequence, and its Inbox add-on gives a person saved templates, tags, reminders and scheduled follow-ups (inbox feature). The homepage lists an AI assistant as "(soon)" (homepage). None of the Waalaxy pages opened today describe the tool answering a prospect on your behalf. In Intentsly, the AI SDR holds the LinkedIn conversation in your place and sends your Cal.com or Google Calendar link so the lead books the meeting.
We ran this on ourselves at launch. Our own signals and AI SDR, aimed at founders posting about cold outreach burnout, booked 14 qualified demos in 14 days with zero manual outreach, and the reply rate was 4x our previous cold campaigns. Most of those leads came from signals caught in real time, not from an imported list.
You would rather send 15 good messages than 100. Waalaxy's quotas let one account send up to 100 invitations a day (limits article). Intentsly caps each account at 30 and recommends 15, because every message goes to someone who just showed a signal and matched your profile. If your reply rate matters more than your send count, the lower cap is the point, not a drawback.
You run one or two profiles. Waalaxy's pricing is per user seat and its team features are where the product deepens (pricing). If your outbound runs from the founder's profile and maybe one more, Intentsly is sized for exactly that, and the 7-day trial shows whether your buyers are visible on LinkedIn before you pay.
What does each tool cost?
Waalaxy's pricing page prints Pro at €19, Advanced at €49 and Business at €69 per user per month, with a billing toggle marked Monthly, Quarterly (-20%) and Yearly (-50%) (pricing). Its lemlist comparison page confirms the €19 figure is "billed yearly" (lemlist comparison), so expect the monthly-billing price to be higher; the pricing page did not print it on the version opened today, so check the toggle before you compare.
What each tier buys: Pro gives 300 invitations a month, Advanced raises that to 800 and adds API access, Zapier, Make and n8n modules and live chat, and Business keeps 800 invitations, adds cold email sequences and multiple sender accounts, and lifts Email Finder credits from 25 to 500 a month (pricing). The LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on; the pricing page FAQ lists it at €20 a month, while the lemlist comparison page lists €10 a month, so confirm the current figure in the app. Enterprise, for five or more seats, has no printed price. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.
Intentsly: see the pricing page. There is a 7-day free trial, setup is self-serve with no sales call, and you can cancel anytime.
The fair comparison is cost per booked meeting, not seat price. Waalaxy's subscription buys sending capacity; the list source and the person in the inbox are costs you already carry or will need to add. Intentsly's subscription covers the finding and the replying for one or two accounts. Price the whole motion, then compare.
Can you use both?
On the same LinkedIn account, no. Waalaxy's limits article says its quotas are counted per member on team plans, and that LinkedIn's weekly invitation cap overrides the daily quota when either is reached (limits article). LinkedIn counts every action against one profile whichever tool sent it, so two tools on one profile means neither knows the real daily total.
On different accounts, yes. A workable split: Intentsly on the founder's profile, finding signals and holding those conversations; Waalaxy on an SDR's profile running list-based sequences at volume. Both connect to HubSpot, so the CRM stays the single record. If you are moving a signal workflow from another tool, the seven-step signal-based outbound setup is the order to do it in.
How do you switch from Waalaxy to Intentsly?
Waalaxy exports a prospect list to CSV: open the list, select it, click Export and download the file (prospect list article). The homepage describes this as a "Full CSV export with history" (homepage). Do it before you cancel, because deleting a prospect in Waalaxy also removes their history and cannot be undone, per the same article.
- Export every list you still want, including the ones with replies, so the conversation record stays with you.
- Write down where your best lists came from: which Sales Navigator searches, which competitor posts, which CSV sources. These become your signal definitions.
- Save the sequence steps and message copy that got replies, for reference.
- Check your HubSpot sync so the fields you rely on keep filling after the move.
- Answer every open conversation in the Inbox before you stop paying for it, so nobody mid-conversation goes cold.
Intentsly finds people from live signals rather than an imported list, so item 2 carries over, not the CSV. Set up the same competitors, keywords and hashtags as signals, connect HubSpot, and pause any Waalaxy campaign on an account Intentsly will send from. If you want to keep building engagement lists by hand on the side, the guide to scraping LinkedIn post likers and commenters covers the manual methods.
Which should you pick?
If you have a list, want email and LinkedIn in one sequence, need hundreds of invitations a week per account, run a team on one bill, or build on an API: Waalaxy. If your buyers are on LinkedIn, you run one or two profiles, and you want both the finding and the replying done for you: Intentsly.
The quickest test is to look at your own buyers. Open /try-ai, which shows people matching your profile engaging on LinkedIn right now, no account needed. If the list is thin, your buyers are not where Intentsly looks and a list-driven tool like Waalaxy is the better bet. If it is full, start the 7-day trial and let the AI SDR take the first conversations. Other pairings are on the compare index.
FAQ
Does Waalaxy reply to prospects automatically?
Not on the pages opened today. Waalaxy detects replies and pauses the sequence, and its paid Inbox add-on gives a person saved templates, tags, reminders and scheduled follow-ups (inbox feature). The homepage lists an AI assistant as coming soon. Intentsly's AI SDR continues the LinkedIn conversation and sends your calendar link so the lead books.
Does Waalaxy find buying signals?
Partly. Its feature page says people who like or comment on your posts can be imported automatically and that you can target people engaging with competitors or key opinion leaders (prospecting feature). Intentsly watches competitor and industry-leader posts, keyword posts, competitor pages and hashtags continuously, scores each person against your ICP, and hands them to the AI SDR.
How much does Waalaxy cost?
Waalaxy's pricing page prints Pro at €19, Advanced at €49 and Business at €69 per user per month, with quarterly and yearly discounts of 20% and 50% (pricing); its lemlist comparison page says the €19 figure is billed yearly. The LinkedIn Inbox is a separate add-on and every plan has a 14-day trial. Intentsly's plans are on its pricing page, with a 7-day free trial.
How many invitations can Waalaxy send a day?
Per its limits article, Pro sends up to 11 invitations a day and 300 a month; Advanced and Business send up to 100 a day and 200 a week, with 2 minutes 30 seconds between invitations and the daily total randomised between 80% and 100% of the maximum (limits article). Intentsly caps each account at 30 connection requests and 30 messages a day, with 15 recommended.
Can Waalaxy send emails?
Yes, on the Business plan, which includes cold email sequences, automated email follow-ups and multiple sender addresses; Pro and Advanced get Email Finder credits but no email campaigns (pricing). Intentsly finds verified emails but its AI SDR sends LinkedIn messages only, so for email sequences Waalaxy is the one of the two that does it.
Can I export my prospects from Waalaxy?
Yes. Open the prospect list, select it, click Export and download a CSV (prospect list article); the homepage calls it a full CSV export with history. Export before deleting anything, since deleting a prospect removes their history permanently. When moving to Intentsly, carry over where your best lists came from, since Intentsly finds people from live signals.
