Trigify vs Intentsly: Which Trigify Jobs Does It Cover?
Trigify closes on 22 October 2026. This comparison maps each Trigify job to what Intentsly covers, states both tools' limits side by side, and gives an export checklist.
Trigify vs Intentsly is no longer a choice between two live products: Trigify's standalone platform retires on 22 October 2026, so the question is which Trigify jobs Intentsly covers. If you used Trigify to find people engaging with competitor and industry posts on LinkedIn and wanted outreach to follow, Intentsly covers that job with an AI SDR included. If you used Trigify's Listening across Reddit, X, YouTube and podcasts, or its workflow nodes into Salesforce, Attio and Airtable, Intentsly is the wrong replacement.
This page compares one job at a time. For the full field, including tools built for the listening and plumbing jobs, see the hub article on Trigify alternatives, and for the export deadlines see what stops when Trigify shuts down.
What is happening to Trigify, and why compare it with Intentsly now?
On 23 September 2026, Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is being retired. Access for standard customers ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026; customers with other contractual notice periods get their own dates directly. Accounts are not migrated to HubSpot, the product does not continue inside HubSpot, and integrations, API access, monitoring and signal collection stop when access ends. Export has to be done by the customer, with the options already in the product, or with help from hugo@trigify.io.
So a comparison in the usual sense, where you might pick Trigify, is out of date the moment you read it. What is useful is a map: which of Trigify's jobs Intentsly does, how it does them differently, and where you need a different tool. Everything about Trigify below comes from trigify.io and its help centre, opened on 15 October 2026. Everything about Intentsly comes from what the product does today, limits included.

Where Trigify is the better choice (while you still have it)
Trigify did some things Intentsly does not do, and if these were the reason you bought it, look elsewhere than Intentsly for the replacement.
Listening beyond one network. Trigify's Listening runs keyword searches across its Business Network source, Reddit, X, YouTube and podcasts, and its help centre describes it as a search engine that runs continuously. Intentsly's signals are LinkedIn only. If your buyers complain in subreddits or on X, the hub article names tools built for that job; Intentsly is not one of them.
Workflow plumbing. Trigify separates Listening (finding posts) from Workflows (filtering with AI Agent nodes, enriching, then pushing to HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio or Slack). Its Quick Start describes a General Agent that judges relevance and a Sentiment Agent that labels each signal positive, negative or neutral. Intentsly has no node editor. It scores against your profile and hands the lead to its own AI SDR, with HubSpot, Cal.com and Google Calendar as the native integrations. If your Salesforce or Attio pipeline depended on Trigify nodes, you are rebuilding plumbing, and the hub article covers Clay and PhantomBuster for that.
Signal breadth on one profile. Trigify's Social Signals article lists sixteen signal types, including role changes, hiring and job-ad activity, and company expansion. Intentsly watches engagement and posts: likes, comments and shares on competitor and leader content, keyword posts, competitor page followers and hashtag engagement. If job-change alerts were your main trigger, Intentsly does not replace them.
Credits instead of seats. Trigify's pricing is credit-based with social account seats separate from user seats, which suited agencies running many searches for many clients. Intentsly is built around up to two LinkedIn sender accounts per plan.
Where Intentsly is the better choice
The outreach is included. Trigify's own docs say Listening only finds posts and that workflows send them to other tools. Intentsly finds the people engaging with competitor and industry-leader posts on LinkedIn, scores them against your ideal customer profile, and its AI SDR sends the connection request and the message, holds the conversation, and sends your Cal.com or Google Calendar link so the lead books the meeting. The LinkedIn signals feature page lists what is tracked, and the AI SDR page describes the conversation handling. We run it on ourselves: targeting founders complaining about cold outreach burnout, with the AI handling replies, we booked 14 qualified demos in 14 days with zero manual outreach, at a reply rate 4x our previous cold campaigns. That is one team and one campaign, not a benchmark.
Nothing to rebuild on 23 October. Intentsly is self-serve, live in about five minutes, with no sales call and no node graph to recreate. For a small team that used Trigify mainly for LinkedIn engagers, that matters more in October than any feature.
Volume with honest limits. Across Intentsly customers, an agent finds around 1,000 leads a month, and accounts typically book 2 to 4 meetings a week, on average and not guaranteed. The limits that go with that: up to two LinkedIn accounts per plan, a hard cap of 30 messages and 30 connection requests per account per day, with 15 recommended, and monitoring and outreach in English, Romanian, German and Dutch. Trigify did not send messages, so it had no sending caps to state; a replacement that does send has to live inside LinkedIn's tolerance.
A pre-filtered list of what to watch. If you are rebuilding your tracked-profile list from scratch, the free Buying Signal Playbook names the 12 buying signals worth chasing and the 8 to ignore, with LinkedIn triggers and a script per signal.
Pricing
Trigify's public site now shows only the retirement notice, and its FAQ says subscriptions do not renew past the service end date, with final invoice, credit or refund details sent to each customer directly. Its help centre still publishes a Plans & Pricing article, opened on 15 October 2026, listing Starter at $40 per month with 4,000 credits, 25 saved searches and one workspace; Max at $199 per month with 40,000 credits, unlimited saved searches and three workspaces, including BYOK and free Jarvis AI execution; Enterprise at custom pricing; and overage at $0.012 per credit. Legacy Essential, Growth and Scale plans are listed at $149, $270 and $549 per month. Whether any of that still applies to your account depends on your last invoice and your customer notice, not on this page.
Intentsly: see the pricing page. There is a 7-day free trial, and /try-ai shows matching buyers before you create an account.
Can you use both?
Until 22 October 2026, yes, and it is the sensible way to switch. Keep Trigify running so your existing alerts and workflows keep firing, and start Intentsly on the LinkedIn engagement job in parallel. Add the same competitor and industry-leader profiles and the same keyword themes you had in Trigify, then compare what each surfaces for a week. Trigify's Social Signals article says signals typically fire within 24 to 72 hours of activation and that the first run looks back 30 days, so a week of overlap is enough to see whether the people Intentsly finds match the ones you were used to. After 22 October, Trigify's monitoring and signal collection stop for standard customers, so "both" ends there.
How to switch from Trigify to Intentsly
Trigify's help centre documents one export route: the Output tab of each workflow has an Export CSV button with a column picker, and the export covers the rows currently loaded on the current page, at 25, 50 or 100 rows per page. Nested sub-tables have their own export button. Intentsly builds its signals from the competitor and leader profiles, pages and keywords you tell it to watch, so the move is export for your records, then recreate the watch list.
Run this checklist before your access ends:
- Set each workflow's Output tab to 100 rows per page and export page by page, then export each nested sub-table separately.
- Write down every Social Signals target: each tracked profile and company. This list is your Intentsly watch list.
- Write down every Listening search as text: keywords, exclusions, sources ticked. Keep the Business Network keywords for Intentsly; park the Reddit, X, YouTube and podcast searches for a different tool.
- List every workflow destination (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Slack, Clay webhooks) and decide which get repointed and which get paused on 23 October.
- Email hugo@trigify.io now if a screen you need has no export; the same address handles final invoice questions.
Then map your settings with this table:
| Trigify setting | Intentsly equivalent | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Tracked profiles and companies (Social Signals) | Competitor and industry-leader profiles and competitor pages to monitor | Post engagers and page followers are surfaced and scored (LinkedIn signals) |
| Listening search, Business Network source | Keyword posts (pain points, tools, topics) | LinkedIn only |
| Listening search, Reddit, X, YouTube, podcast sources | Not covered | See the Trigify alternatives hub for listening tools |
| Signal types: role change, hiring, expansion | Not covered | Intentsly tracks engagement and posts, not job changes |
| General Agent relevance filter | Scoring against your ideal customer profile | Automatic, no node to build |
| Enrichment node (email, phone) | Verified emails | Phone data is not listed among Intentsly's features |
| HubSpot destination | Native HubSpot integration | |
| Salesforce, Attio, Slack destinations | Not covered | Export exists; format not promised here |
| Hand-off to a sequencer | Built-in AI SDR on LinkedIn, calendar link via Cal.com or Google Calendar | No email sending; 30 messages and 30 connection requests per account per day, 15 recommended |
Every row marked "not covered" is a reason to pick a different tool for that job, and that is the honest answer for a good share of Trigify's customers. For the LinkedIn engagement job with outreach attached, the fastest check is to see matching buyers at /try-ai with no account, using one competitor you tracked in Trigify, and compare the names against your last Trigify export. If the overlap is good, start the 7-day trial and run it beside Trigify until 22 October. You can browse other comparisons in the compare section.
FAQ
Does Intentsly replace Trigify?
For one job, yes: finding people on LinkedIn who engage with competitor and industry-leader posts, post about a pain point or follow competitor pages, scoring them against your ideal customer profile, and having an AI SDR message them. It does not replace Trigify's Listening across Reddit, X, YouTube and podcasts, its job-change signals, or its workflow nodes into Salesforce, Attio and Slack.
When does Trigify shut down?
Trigify's own site says access for standard customers ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, following the 23 September 2026 announcement that the team is joining HubSpot. Customers with different contractual notice periods receive their own dates directly from Trigify. Monitoring, integrations and API access stop when access ends, and accounts are not migrated to HubSpot.
How much does Trigify cost compared with Intentsly?
Trigify's Plans & Pricing article, opened on 15 October 2026, lists Starter at $40 a month and Max at $199 a month with overage per credit, though its site says subscriptions do not renew past the end date. Intentsly's current plans are on its pricing page, and a 7-day free trial is available. Compare by the job you need, not by the sticker.
Can I import my Trigify data into Intentsly?
Plan to recreate rather than upload. Trigify's Output tab exports CSVs page by page, which is worth doing for your own records and for any CRM you keep. Intentsly builds its signals from the competitor and leader profiles, pages and keywords you add, so the practical move is to recreate your tracked-profile list in Intentsly from that export.
Does Intentsly send email like a Trigify workflow could?
No. Intentsly's AI SDR sends LinkedIn messages and connection requests only, holds the conversation on LinkedIn, and sends your Cal.com or Google Calendar link to book the meeting. If your Trigify workflow pushed leads into an email sequencer, you would keep the sequencer and use Intentsly's export to feed it, since there is no native email step.
Is Intentsly safe for my LinkedIn account?
Intentsly caps every connected account at 30 messages and 30 connection requests a day and recommends 15, with up to two accounts per plan. Those are hard limits, stated so you can judge them against your own tolerance for automation on LinkedIn. Trigify never sent messages, so this is a new consideration if you are coming from it.
