Trigify vs Teamfluence: What Moves Over and What Does Not

Teamfluence offers to rebuild a Trigify setup for free and match the price for three months. This page checks that offer against both vendors' own pages, opened on 23 October 2026, and names the Trigify jobs it covers, the limits that apply, and the jobs you still need another tool for.

Trigify vs Teamfluence is a comparison between a signal feed that watched the outside world and one that watches your own team's LinkedIn presence. Trigify closed for standard customers at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Teamfluence covers the Social Signals job for competitor and leader post engagers, adds ICP qualification and routing to HubSpot or Salesforce, and offers a free rebuild of your Trigify setup. It does not cover Listening across Reddit, X, YouTube and podcasts, and its keyword monitoring runs only on profiles you track.

Everything about Trigify below comes from trigify.io and its help centre, and everything about Teamfluence from teamfluence.com and its help centre, all opened on 23 October 2026, with a link on each claim. If Social Signals was your Trigify and more than one person on your team posts on LinkedIn, this page is for you. If Listening or Workflows was, start with the Trigify alternatives hub, which sorts replacements by job.

    What happened to Trigify?

On 23 September 2026, Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is being wound down. For most customers, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026; customers with other contractual notice periods got their own dates directly. Accounts were not migrated to HubSpot, HubSpot does not use the customer data, and for standard customers integrations, API access, monitoring and signal collection all stopped when access ended.

The same page says to use the export options in the product or to write to hugo@trigify.io for help obtaining your information, which still matters if you are on a longer notice period. Final invoice, credit and refund details go to each customer directly; the page states no general policy, so do not assume one. Teamfluence's own Teamfluence vs Trigify page was updated in September 2026 with the closing date and now reads as a migration pitch, which is why the comparison below starts from what Trigify did, module by module.

Three rows carry the decision: the first (how many outside profiles you can track), the third (Listening) and the fifth (the workflow builder). The next two sections take them in that order.

Which Trigify jobs does Teamfluence cover?

Competitor and leader post engagement, within a per-user cap. Trigify's most common setup was a Social Signals monitor on a list of competitor and industry profiles with "Liked competitor content", "Liked tracked person content" and "Commented on tracked content" switched on (What is Social Signals?). Teamfluence does the same job two ways. Tracked Profiles collects the posts of a person you add by URL and shows them in a Team Tracker feed; Post Tracking takes any single post URL, competitors' posts and paid ads included, and collects the reactions and comments on it for 2 months, with a renew option (How to Use Post Tracking).

The number to check first is in Teamfluence's own help centre: "Each Teamfluence user has a limit of 60 contacts they can track. This is a security precaution." (Social Tracking). Trigify's setup guide said each plan capped the profiles you could monitor and that Max and Enterprise had no cap (Set up Social Signals monitoring). As an example, if one person on your team tracked 150 industry voices in Trigify, that list now needs three Teamfluence users, or a shorter list. Teamfluence's migration page says it will rebuild "your tracked profiles, keywords and lists" from your export (Trigify migration page), so send the full list and ask on the call how it splits.

Your own team's engagement, which Trigify never did well. This is where Teamfluence is the better product, and its homepage is built around it: profile visits, new connections, post reactions and comments, company page followers and visitors, all captured from the team's own accounts and turned into one feed (teamfluence.com). If three people at your company post weekly, the people who react to those posts are a signal Trigify only produced for profiles you had added as monitor targets, and profile visits were never a Trigify signal type at all. Teamfluence's "Build a Campaign Using Post Engagers" article turns that feed into a connection campaign (help centre).

Qualification and routing into HubSpot or Salesforce. Trigify's native HubSpot, Attio and Salesforce nodes and its If Condition filter (How do I get my data into Clay / my CRM) have direct counterparts: Teamfluence scores every signal against persona and company criteria you set, makes "ICP match" a condition in every workflow, and has "Sync to HubSpot" and "Sync to Salesforce" actions that create or update a contact with Teamfluence fields (Build Workflows). Attio and Airtable have no named action; use Fire a webhook, Zapier, Make or n8n for those.

Hiring signals, partly. Trigify's "Company started hiring for relevant roles" and "Company jobs count increased" signals (What is Social Signals?) have no equivalent on the Teamfluence pages opened. What Teamfluence adds instead is target-account matching: upload a list by CSV or from HubSpot and get "New lead from target account" and "Website visit from targeted company" triggers (Build Workflows).

Which Trigify jobs does Teamfluence not cover?

Listening across Reddit, X, YouTube and podcasts. Trigify's help centre describes Listening as keyword searches that find matching posts across LinkedIn, Reddit, X, YouTube and podcasts (Listening vs Workflows). Teamfluence's migration page is candid about the difference: a Trigify keyword search becomes "Keyword monitoring on posts from the profiles you track", which it calls narrower than searching all posts (Trigify migration page). In practice that means Teamfluence only sees a keyword when one of your tracked profiles writes it. A Listening search that found strangers complaining about a competitor on Reddit has no home here; the Trigify alternative for social listening article covers that job.

Keyword posts from people you do not already track. The same limit cuts the other way on LinkedIn. Trigify's "Posted about tracked topic" and "Engaged with tracked topic" signals ran across tracked profiles too, but Listening searched the wider network. If your pipeline came from people you had never heard of posting about a pain point, you need a tool that searches LinkedIn posts by keyword, which is the job the Intentsly section below describes.

The workflow builder as a general tool. Trigify let you chain an If Condition, an enrichment step and an HTTP Request node to Clay, Google Sheets or any webhook (How do I get my data into Clay / my CRM). Teamfluence's workflows are closer to this than most replacements, with webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n and a Clay action (Build Workflows), but multi-step sequences are on the Business tier only, and the triggers are Teamfluence's own signal events rather than any post that matches a search. If the builder itself was the product for you, rebuilding Trigify workflows in Clay is the closer path.

Solo use at Trigify's price. Teamfluence's own comparison says to choose it "if you have a sales team of 2+ active on LinkedIn" and lists "Lower Entry Price" under where Trigify was stronger (Teamfluence vs Trigify). A founder who ran Trigify Starter alone, with one LinkedIn profile, is not who the product is shaped for, whatever the three-month price match.

    What changes in the day-to-day?

Trigify was an outside-in feed. You launched a monitor, chose daily, weekly or hourly checks with a 30-day lookback on the first run, and signals appeared for review, with a Social Signals trigger that could fire a workflow to a CRM, Slack or a sequencer (Set up Social Signals monitoring). Writing and sending happened somewhere else.

Teamfluence is an inside-out feed with a team attached. Each teammate's own LinkedIn activity feeds the signal list, a tracked-profile list and tracked posts add the outside view, the AI qualifies each person against your ICP, and workflows route the matches to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Smartlead, Lemlist, HeyReach or a connection campaign (Build Workflows). Two habits change: someone owns the tracked-profile list per user, because of the 60-contact limit, and someone renews post tracking, because it runs for 2 months per post (How to Use Post Tracking).

Reply handling is still yours. Teamfluence can send a connection request and a DM follow-up as a workflow action, and its homepage says "You decide how" you reach out (teamfluence.com); nothing on the pages opened describes the product answering a reply. Trigify users who sent signals into HeyReach, Smartlead or a CRM already had an inbox; that inbox stays where it was, now fed by Teamfluence. If you want the reply answered without you, see the Intentsly section.

If you are on a longer notice period and still have access, export the target URLs in each monitor, the signal types you switched on, every saved Listening search with its keywords, each workflow's node list and field mapping, and the signal history. Trigify's notice points to the export options in the product and to hugo@trigify.io (trigify.io). Teamfluence says a CSV or a few screenshots is enough for the rebuild (Trigify migration page).

    What does each cost?

Trigify's homepage showed no prices on 23 October 2026, and subscriptions did not renew past the end date. Its help centre's Plans & Pricing article was still reachable and listed Starter at $40 a month with 4,000 credits, 25 saved searches and 1 workspace, Max at $199 a month with 40,000 credits, unlimited saved searches and 3 workspaces, Enterprise at custom pricing, and an overage rate of $0.012 per credit on the two self-serve plans (Plans & Pricing). Those numbers now matter only as the baseline for Teamfluence's price match.

Teamfluence's pricing page, headed "Pay for leads, not for seats", shows a Regular Unlimited plan at 449 EUR a month with 1,000 qualified leads a month, 20,000 credits, up to 100,000 contacts and leads, every teammate at no extra cost, extra monthly buckets for more leads or credits, and a note that the plan starts 1 October 2026 and is valid for new customers only (pricing page). A Small Unlimited plan appears in the plan selector with no details visible when the page was opened. Round-ups such as Octolens's Trigify alternatives list quote a lower figure for that smaller plan, but they do not link a vendor page for it, so treat it as unconfirmed until the migration call.

The migration terms are on Teamfluence's Trigify page: migration costs nothing, for the first three months you pay what you paid Trigify, after that you move to the standard plan for your team size at a price given on the call, setup takes less than 48 hours after the export, and if leads are not flowing before your Trigify end date the first month is free (Trigify migration page). The clause to read twice is the one about month four. A $40 Trigify Starter becomes a 449 EUR plan unless the smaller plan fits your team, and Teamfluence's own comparison page admits the entry price was Trigify's advantage (Teamfluence vs Trigify). Prices change; check both linked pages before you decide.

    Where does Intentsly fit?

Intentsly is the third option for the same Social Signals job, aimed at the reader Teamfluence is not shaped for: one or two LinkedIn profiles, buyers on LinkedIn, no team feed to harvest. It collects the people who like, comment on or share posts from the competitors and industry leaders you name, people who post about the pain points and tools you track, followers and engagers of competitor pages, and hashtag engagement, then scores each person against your ideal customer profile and enriches them with a verified email. That second source, keyword posts from people you do not already track, is the one Teamfluence's tracked-profile scope leaves out. If you used a Trigify monitor to list engagers and then messaged them by hand, LinkedIn signals does the collection and scoring for you, and the AI SDR sends the connection request and the message. When the lead replies, the AI SDR continues the LinkedIn conversation and sends your Cal.com or Google Calendar link so the lead books the meeting. We ran it on ourselves at launch, targeting founders posting about cold outreach burnout: 14 qualified demos in 14 days with zero manual outreach, and a reply rate 4x our previous cold campaigns.

Its limits, printed so the comparison is fair: LinkedIn is the only signal source, so Reddit, X, YouTube, podcasts and Hacker News are not covered. HubSpot is the only CRM integration, alongside Cal.com, Google Calendar and LinkedIn; there is no Salesforce sync and no workflow builder. Up to two LinkedIn accounts per workspace, each capped at 30 messages and 30 connection requests a day with 15 recommended, so a five-person team feed like Teamfluence's is not what it does. Leads and signals can be exported. The AI SDR sends LinkedIn messages only, no email. There is a 7-day free trial, and /try-ai shows matching buyers before you create an account. The Trigify vs Intentsly comparison takes that pairing row by row.

    Which should you pick?

If two or more people on your team post on LinkedIn, you want their profile visits, connections and post engagers in one qualified feed, you sync to Salesforce or HubSpot, and you route to Smartlead, Lemlist or HeyReach: Teamfluence, and take the free migration while the price match is on offer. If you tracked more than 60 outside profiles per person, lived in Listening across Reddit, X, YouTube or podcasts, or built workflows you want to keep as they were: neither Teamfluence nor Intentsly; go to the hub and look at the listening and workflow replacements. If your buyers are on LinkedIn, you run one or two profiles, you want keyword posts from strangers as well as competitor engagers, and you want the reply answered and the meeting booked without you in an inbox: Intentsly. If you want a per-seat agent that drafts for you to approve lead by lead, the Trigify vs Valley comparison covers that pairing, and the signal-based outbound guide shows the by-hand routine any of these tools replaces.

The shortest test takes a minute. Open /try-ai, which shows people matching your profile who are engaging on LinkedIn right now, no account needed. If that list looks like the Trigify feed you lost, start the 7-day trial and let the AI SDR take the first conversations. If your pipeline really comes from your team's own posts, book Teamfluence's migration call instead; its own page promises to say on that call what it cannot replace before you pay.

    FAQ

    Does Teamfluence replace Trigify?

For one job, yes: engagement on competitor and leader posts on LinkedIn, through Tracked Profiles (60 per user) and Post Tracking on any post for 2 months, with ICP qualification and HubSpot or Salesforce sync added (Social Tracking). It does not replace Listening across Reddit, X, YouTube and podcasts, and its keyword monitoring covers only posts from the profiles you track.

How much does Teamfluence cost compared with Trigify?

Trigify's help centre still listed Starter at $40 a month and Max at $199 a month on 23 October 2026 (Plans & Pricing). Teamfluence's pricing page shows Regular Unlimited at 449 EUR a month with 1,000 qualified leads and unlimited teammates, and a Small Unlimited plan without a visible price (pricing page). Migrating Trigify customers pay their Trigify price for three months.

Can Teamfluence track competitor LinkedIn posts like Trigify did?

Yes. Post Tracking accepts any post URL, including competitors' posts and paid ads, and collects reactions and comments for 2 months, renewable (How to Use Post Tracking). Tracked Profiles collects a person's posts on an ongoing basis, with a limit of 60 tracked contacts per user. Trigify's Max and Enterprise plans had no profile cap, so a long list needs splitting.

Does Teamfluence do social listening on Reddit, X or podcasts?

No page opened on 23 October 2026 names those sources. Teamfluence's migration page says a Trigify keyword search becomes keyword monitoring on posts from the profiles you track, and calls that narrower than searching all posts (Trigify migration page). The Trigify alternative for social listening article covers tools for that job.

    Does Teamfluence send messages?

As a workflow action, yes: automated connection requests with DM follow-ups when accepted, a Send DM action, and hand-off to Smartlead, Lemlist or HeyReach (Build Workflows). Its homepage says "You decide how" you reach out, and nothing opened describes it answering replies. Intentsly's AI SDR holds the LinkedIn conversation and sends your calendar link if that is the part you want handled.

What were the terms of Teamfluence's Trigify price match?

Per its Trigify page on 23 October 2026: free migration from a CSV export or screenshots, setup in less than 48 hours, three months at the price you paid Trigify, then the standard plan for your team size at a price given on the call, a lead review at day 30, and a first month free if leads were not flowing before your Trigify end date (Trigify migration page).
