Trigify Pricing and What Replacements Cost After 22 October
Trigify's pricing page now shows only the shutdown notice, but its help centre still lists the plans. Here is what Starter and Max bought, what the replacements for each job cost, and what your old budget buys now.
Trigify pricing is no longer on trigify.io: the pricing page now shows the notice that access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Trigify's help centre still lists the last plans, Starter at $40 a month with 4,000 credits and Max at $199 with 40,000, per its plans article. What replacements cost depends on the job: from a free Clay plan to $2,500 a month for Common Room, with most LinkedIn-signal tools between $56 and $199. This page prices each job.
The first thing to decide is which job you are replacing, because no replacement prices itself the way Trigify did. The Trigify alternatives hub sorts the tools by job; this article covers Trigify pricing and what replacements cost, nothing else: what you paid, what each credit bought, what the replacement for that job costs, and what the same monthly budget buys now.
What did Trigify pricing look like, and what do replacements cost?
Trigify sold credits, not seats. Its plans and pricing article lists Starter at $40 a month for 4,000 monthly credits, 25 saved searches and one workspace, and Max at $199 a month for 40,000 credits, unlimited saved searches and three workspaces. Both charge overage at $0.012 per credit. Enterprise was custom. Three legacy plans still appear as no longer offered: Essential at $149 for 15,000 credits, Growth at $270 for 40,000 and Scale at $549 for 100,000.
Several pages ranking for this query quote different numbers, around $49, $99 and $199, and say they come from user reports. SyncGTM's review and Reachium's comparison both label them approximate. The help centre figures above are Trigify's own, so use those, or better, your last invoice. The trigify.io pricing page itself now redirects to the shutdown notice and shows no prices.
Replacement prices, from each vendor's own pricing page opened on 22 October 2026:
| Tool | Trigify job it replaces | Entry price seen | What the entry price includes | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Intentsly | Engagement on competitor and leader posts, keyword posts, competitor page followers, hashtag engagement, plus LinkedIn outreach by the AI SDR | Not repeated here; see the pricing page | 7-day free trial; up to 2 LinkedIn accounts per plan | Intentsly pricing |
| Gojiberry | Buying and social signals plus outreach | Pro $99/month | 2 AI agents, up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month, free trial | gojiberry.ai |
| Valley | Engagement and keyword signals plus LinkedIn outreach | Starter $199 per seat per month, $149 billed quarterly | LinkedIn only; email is an add-on; 7-day trial with a payment method | Valley pricing |
| Teamfluence | Team, competitor and influencer engagement into Slack, HubSpot or Clay | 449€/month | Unlimited seats, 1,000 qualified leads a month, 20,000 credits; price matching and free migration for Trigify customers | Teamfluence pricing |
| PhantomBuster | Likers and commenters of posts you name | Start $69/month, $56 billed annually | 20 hours of execution a month, 5 slots; free plan capped at 10 results per export | PhantomBuster plans |
| Octolens | Keyword listening across LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Hacker News, YouTube and more | Pro $159/month billed annually | 15,000 mentions, 10 keywords, hourly refresh; 7-day trial with no card | Octolens pricing |
| Clay | The workflow and enrichment layer | Free plan; Launch $167/month billed annually ($185 monthly) | Free: 500 actions a month, 200 rows per table; webhooks, HTTP API and CRM sync start on Growth at $446 annually ($495 monthly) | Clay pricing |
| Common Room | Company-wide signal unification | Essential $2,500/month billed annually | 5 seats, up to 100k contacts | Common Room pricing |
We make Intentsly, so it sits first and gets the same "wrong buy if" treatment as everyone else below. Its price is on the pricing page rather than in this table because the plans change and a stale number here would mislead you.
What did a Trigify credit actually buy?
A credit was spent per result or per action. Trigify's credits article lists 1 credit per post returned by a search, 1 credit per engagement for Get Post Likes and Get Post Comments, 2 credits for a sentiment analysis or podcast transcript, 4 for a person enrichment or Prospeo email enrichment, 5 for the Copy Writer agent and 10 for a company enrichment. Actions inside loops run once per item, so enriching 100 commenters cost 400 credits.
Put against the plan prices, that means Starter's 4,000 credits bought roughly 4,000 post likers, or 1,000 enriched people, or 400 enriched companies a month for $40, which is one cent per credit before overage, per the plans article. Max's 40,000 credits for $199 worked out at half a cent per credit. Overage was $0.012 per credit on both, "where enabled", per the Starter and pay-as-you-go article. That arithmetic is ours; Trigify published the per-action costs and plan prices, not the per-credit comparison.
This matters because the replacements meter three different things: engagements or rows (PhantomBuster, Clay), mentions (Octolens) or prospects contacted (Gojiberry, Valley, Intentsly). To compare, work out how many of each unit you used in a typical month in Trigify, then price that volume on the new tool.
How much does each Trigify job cost to replace?
Prices below are for the job, not the whole product. Where a tool is the wrong buy for a job, it says so.
Post engagement on competitor and leader content
This is the job the ranking pages mention most, and the one where price spreads widest. The cheapest route is PhantomBuster's Start plan at $69 a month or $56 billed annually, per its plan guide, which gives you 20 hours of execution and 5 slots. Its LinkedIn Post Commenter and Liker Scraper watches one company page, profile or post search a day, up to 8 posts, and needs your LinkedIn session cookie. The free plan exists but caps exports at 10 results, so it is a test, not a replacement. Wrong buy if you want someone found and messaged for you: PhantomBuster hands you a list, and the follow-up is yours.
If the people who engaged with a competitor's post should be scored against your ideal customer and messaged on LinkedIn without you building the list, Intentsly's LinkedIn signals do exactly that engagement-to-outreach step, with the AI SDR handling the conversation. Intentsly is the wrong buy if your Trigify searches ran on Reddit, X, YouTube, podcasts or Hacker News: it works on LinkedIn only, and HubSpot is its only CRM integration. Gojiberry's Pro plan at $99 a month covers a similar signals-plus-outreach job with 2 agents and up to 1,800 prospects contacted, per gojiberry.ai; Valley starts at $199 per seat, or $149 billed quarterly, per its pricing page, which gets expensive quickly if several people send. Our own Trigify vs Intentsly comparison goes feature by feature.
Keyword listening across several networks
Trigify's credit table prices X post comments and podcast transcripts alongside LinkedIn engagement, so its listening went beyond LinkedIn, and none of the LinkedIn outreach tools above replaces that part. Octolens is the closest match on sources: its Pro plan at $159 a month billed annually includes 15,000 mentions and 10 keywords across Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Hacker News, YouTube and others, with extra mentions at $0.013 each on Pro, per its pricing page. That is near Trigify's Max price for a narrower job, so it is the wrong buy if LinkedIn engagement was most of what you used. The social listening replacement article covers the cheaper and free routes for the Reddit and Hacker News half.
The workflow layer: enrichment, routing, webhooks
If Trigify fed Clay tables, the cost question is which Clay plan. Clay's pricing page lists a free plan with 500 actions a month and 200 rows per table, Launch at $167 a month billed annually or $185 monthly, and Growth at $446 annually or $495 monthly. Webhooks, HTTP API and CRM sync are listed on Growth and Enterprise, not Launch, so a Trigify-to-Clay webhook setup rebuilt in Clay alone starts at the Growth price. Wrong buy if you do not want to build tables: Clay is a toolkit. The rebuild guide walks through the nodes.
Team-wide engagement into the CRM
Teamfluence prices per workspace rather than per seat: its pricing page showed 449€ a month with unlimited seats, 1,000 qualified leads a month and 20,000 credits, and it states price matching and a free migration service for Trigify customers. Wrong buy if you are one person: the plan is built around a team's accounts. Common Room's Essential plan at $2,500 a month billed annually with 5 seats, per its pricing page, is for a go-to-market team unifying many sources, not a Trigify Starter customer.
What does your old Trigify budget buy now?
A budget-first view, using the two prices Trigify's help centre still lists.
With $40 a month, the Starter price per Trigify's plans article, no paid tool in the table above fits. Clay's free plan at 500 actions and PhantomBuster's free plan at 10 rows per export are the only zero-cost options, both from the vendors' pages linked above, and both are enough to test whether the data still matters to you, not to monitor. The honest answer at this budget is a manual LinkedIn routine plus one free tool, which the free Trigify alternatives article lays out.
With $199 a month, the Max price on the same plans article, you can afford one tool that includes outreach, or two single-job tools. Gojiberry Pro at $99 plus PhantomBuster Start at $69 comes to $168, per gojiberry.ai and PhantomBuster's plan guide. One Valley seat at $199 uses the whole budget, per Valley's pricing. Octolens Pro at $159 annually, per its pricing page, covers listening but not outreach. For Intentsly, start with the 7-day trial or the no-account preview and check the pricing page against this budget yourself.
Two things change the sum either way. Overage: Trigify charged $0.012 a credit beyond the plan, per its plans article, and Octolens and Clay also meter beyond the included quota, so a month that ran hot in Trigify will run hot elsewhere. Billing term: several entry prices above are annual or quarterly rates, so the monthly-billed figure is higher.
Will Trigify refund the rest of my subscription?
Trigify has published no refund policy. Its notice says subscriptions do not renew beyond the service end date, and that any account-specific details about the final invoice, charges, credits or refunds are communicated to each customer directly. If you have not heard, reply to the customer notice or write to the export contact the page names. Nothing in the public notice promises a pro-rata refund, so budget as if the money already spent is gone.
The same notice says integrations, API access, monitoring and signal collection stop when account access ends, at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 for most customers. Customers with other contractual notice periods get their own dates. Export what you want to keep before your date, using the export options already in the product.
A one-page budget worksheet
Fill this in from your last Trigify invoice and your Settings, then price the replacement against the unit it meters.
| Line | Your number from Trigify | Where to find it | Replacement unit to price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly plan price | Last invoice | Entry price in the table above | |
| Credits included | Settings, Manage Plan | ||
| Credits used in a typical month | Settings, Credit Usage | ||
| Engagements pulled a month (post likes and comments) | Credit Usage, 1 credit each | PhantomBuster execution hours; Intentsly, Gojiberry or Valley prospects | |
| Posts returned by Listening searches a month | Credit Usage, 1 credit each | Octolens mentions | |
| People enriched a month | Credit Usage, 4 credits each | Clay data credits; Teamfluence credits | |
| Overage paid in the last three months | Invoices | The new tool's overage rate | |
| Number of people who need a login | Workspace users | Per-seat tools (Valley) vs per-workspace (Teamfluence) |
Credit costs per action come from Trigify's credits article; the Settings paths come from its Starter and pay-as-you-go article. If the engagements line is the biggest number on your sheet, price the signals-plus-outreach tools first. If the Listening line is, price Octolens and the free Reddit routes. If the enrichment line is, price Clay.
When we launched Intentsly we ran this same engagement-to-outreach job on our own product, with no manual outreach, and booked 14 qualified demos in 14 days, at a reply rate 4x our previous cold campaigns, per our case study. For your budget the useful part is the unit: we were paying for conversations started rather than credits burned. Try Intentsly's buyer preview with no account to see which people engaging with your competitors it would surface, then check the pricing page against the worksheet before the trial runs out.
FAQ
How much did Trigify cost per month?
Trigify's help centre lists Starter at $40 a month with 4,000 credits and Max at $199 a month with 40,000 credits, both with overage at $0.012 per credit, plus a custom Enterprise tier, per the plans article. Legacy plans at $149, $270 and $549 are listed as no longer offered. Your invoice is the final word for your account.
Are the Trigify prices quoted on other sites correct?
Figures of about $49, $99 and $199 a month appear on pages such as SyncGTM's review, which attributes them to user reports and calls them approximate. Trigify's own help centre lists $40 and $199 for the current plans, so the lower two numbers do not match any published Trigify plan. Prefer the help centre or your invoice.
Will Trigify refund the unused part of my plan?
There is no public refund policy. Trigify's notice says subscriptions will not renew beyond the service end date and that final invoice, charges, credits or refunds are communicated to each customer directly. If you have not received that message, reply to the customer notice. Do not assume a pro-rata refund when you set the replacement budget.
What is the cheapest paid Trigify replacement?
Among the tools opened for this article, PhantomBuster's Start plan at $56 a month billed annually, or $69 monthly, per its plan guide, is the lowest entry price, and it covers only the post likers and commenters job. Gojiberry Pro at $99, per gojiberry.ai, is the cheapest option seen that includes outreach.
Is there a free Trigify replacement?
Partly. Clay's pricing page lists a free plan with 500 actions a month and 200 rows per table, and PhantomBuster's free plan allows 10 results per export, per its plan guide. Both are for testing. Intentsly has a 7-day trial and a no-account preview, not a free plan.
How do I compare a credit price with a seat price?
Count units, not plans. Start from your Trigify credit usage, divide by the per-action cost in the credits article to get engagements, posts or enrichments per month, then price that volume on the replacement's own unit: execution hours, mentions, data credits or prospects contacted. Compare the monthly-billed figure, since several entry prices are annual rates.
