How to Migrate from Trigify to Intentsly Before 22 October
Trigify closes for most customers on 22 October 2026. Here is the five-step move to Intentsly for the LinkedIn engagement job, with a table of which Trigify signals carry over and which do not, a rewrite table for keyword searches, and a copy-paste checklist.
To migrate from Trigify to Intentsly before access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, you need an afternoon and five steps: export what Trigify still shows you, map each signal to its Intentsly equivalent, rebuild your tracked competitors and leaders as sources, rewrite your keyword searches for LinkedIn posts, and reconnect HubSpot. Engagement on competitor and leader posts, keyword posts, competitor page followers and hashtag engagement carry over. Reddit, X, YouTube and podcast listening, job-change signals and workflow nodes to Attio, Salesforce or Airtable do not.
This guide covers one job: the LinkedIn engagement signals and outreach you ran through Trigify's Social Signals, Profile Engagement and workflows. If you used Trigify mainly as a keyword monitor across many platforms, or as plumbing into Clay, Intentsly is the wrong destination, and the Trigify alternatives comparison sorts seven tools by that job instead. For a feature-by-feature view of the two products, see Trigify vs Intentsly. Everything stated about Trigify below comes from its help centre, read on 16 October 2026.
Should you migrate from Trigify to Intentsly at all?
Yes, if most of your Trigify value came from people on LinkedIn who liked or commented on competitor and industry-leader posts, posted about a pain point you solve, or followed a competitor page, and if you want messages to go out to them. That is the job Intentsly is built for: it finds those people, scores them against your ideal customer profile, and an AI SDR sends LinkedIn connection requests and messages, holds the conversation and sends your Cal.com or Google Calendar link so the lead books the meeting.
No, in three cases. If your Listening searches ran mostly on Reddit, X, YouTube or podcasts, Intentsly does not monitor any of those; its signals are LinkedIn only. If your setup depended on workflow nodes into Attio, Salesforce or Airtable, or on an HTTP Request node feeding a Clay table, Intentsly has a native HubSpot integration and nothing for the others. If you relied on the "Changed role", "Changed company" or hiring signals in Trigify's Social Signals, Intentsly does not track job changes or hiring.
A one-minute rule: open your Trigify Signals feed, filter by signal type, and look at which types produced the leads you actually messaged in the last 30 days. If the top three are engagement or topic signals on the Business Network, continue. If they are role changes, hiring or non-LinkedIn posts, pick from the alternatives hub instead.
What to export from Trigify before you start
Do this first, while the product still opens. Accounts are not moving to HubSpot, so getting data out is on you, and Trigify's help centre describes export screen by screen rather than as one button. The Trigify shutting down explainer has the per-screen table; the short version for this migration is:
- Your Social Signals targets. The setup article says targets are pasted one per line or uploaded as a CSV, and the targets table splits People from Companies. If you uploaded a CSV, you already have the list. If you pasted URLs, copy the targets table into a sheet now; the article describes no export for it.
- Workflow Output tabs. The Output tab article says Export CSV covers the rows currently loaded, so raise the page size and export page by page, and export each nested sub-table separately.
- Each Listening search as text. Keywords, AND terms, NOT terms, sources ticked. You will rewrite these in step 3 below, so write them down in that shape.
- Each workflow as a node list. Trigger, filter rules, enrichment, destination, field mapping. A screenshot per workflow is enough.
- Your HubSpot mapping. The HubSpot article lists the Create Contact fields (Email required, First Name, Last Name, Company, Job Title, custom properties). Note which custom properties your workflows wrote, because your HubSpot lists and sequences probably filter on them.
Contacts and companies Trigify already wrote to HubSpot stay in HubSpot. Nothing in this migration touches them.
Step 1: Map every Trigify signal to its Intentsly equivalent
Trigify's What is Social Signals article lists 16 signal types, the Instantly article describes the Send to Instantly Campaign action, and the Listening vs Workflows article describes the search and workflow layers. The table maps each to what Intentsly does today, per its LinkedIn signals feature page. "Business Network" is Trigify's own wording; Intentsly names LinkedIn.
| Trigify feature or signal type | Intentsly equivalent | Carries over? |
|---|---|---|
| Liked competitor content; Competitor engagement | Post engagement on competitor posts (likes, comments, shares) | Yes |
| Liked tracked person content; Liked tracked company content; Commented on tracked content | Post engagement on industry-leader and tracked-company posts | Yes |
| Posted about tracked topic; Engaged with tracked topic | Keyword posts (pain points, tools, topics) on LinkedIn | Yes, LinkedIn posts only |
| Company page posts and their engagers (Profile Monitoring on a company page, Get Post Likes and Get Post Comments actions) | Competitor page followers and engagers | Yes |
| No hashtag signal type seen in the help centre | Hashtag engagement | New in Intentsly |
| Changed role; Changed company; Became hiring or posted a job ad | None | No |
| Company started hiring; Company jobs count increased; Company started posting around an initiative; Expansion signal | None | No |
| Buying-window signal; Influence signal | ICP scoring and prioritisation (different mechanism, not a like-for-like signal) | Partly |
| Listening on Reddit, X, YouTube, podcasts | None | No |
| AI Agent filter nodes | ICP scoring before outreach | Different mechanism |
| Email enrichment | Verified emails | Yes |
| Phone enrichment | Not listed | No |
| HubSpot node (Create, Update, Get Contact and Company) | Native HubSpot integration | Yes |
| Attio, Salesforce, Slack, Airtable nodes; HTTP Request to Clay or Sheets | None (export exists; no node editor) | No |
| Outreach via the Instantly node (Send to Instantly Campaign) or another sequencer | AI SDR on LinkedIn: connection requests and messages, no email | Partly |
| API (post engagements, comments) | Not listed | No |
Three rows need a comment. "Partly" on outreach means the sending moves inside Intentsly and moves to LinkedIn: if your Trigify leads fed an email sequencer, that sequencer needs another source, because the AI SDR does not send email. "Different mechanism" on filtering means you will not rebuild AI Agent prompts; you describe your ideal customer once and every prospect is scored against it before outreach. And the two "No" rows on job changes and multi-platform listening are the reason to read the alternatives hub before you commit, not after.
Step 2: Rebuild your tracked profiles and companies as sources
Take the targets list from the export step and sort it into three piles, because Intentsly treats them differently.
Competitors. Company pages and founders of competing products. These become competitor sources: Intentsly watches who likes, comments on or shares their posts and who follows their pages. This is the closest match to Trigify's "Liked competitor content" and "Competitor engagement" types.
Industry leaders. People whose audience is your buyer but who do not compete with you. These become leader sources for post engagement, the equivalent of "Liked tracked person content" and "Commented on tracked content". In Trigify you may have tracked them for their new posts (Profile Monitoring); in Intentsly the value is the people engaging, not the post itself.
Everything else. Customers, your own team, X profiles, YouTube channels, Substack and podcast sources that Trigify's Profile Monitoring article lets you follow. Intentsly has no equivalent for these, so drop them or keep them in a manual bookmark list.
Keep the list honest. Trigify's setup article says the first run looks back 30 days and then checks daily by default, so your Signals feed shows which targets actually produced activity in the last month. Carry over the ones that did and skip the rest; a shorter source list gives a cleaner feed in the new tool.
Step 3: Rewrite your Listening searches as LinkedIn keyword posts
Trigify's Listening used keyword searches with AND and NOT terms across several platforms. Intentsly's keyword posts watch LinkedIn for people posting about pain points, tools and topics. The rewrite is mostly a narrowing: drop the platform-specific terms and keep the buyer language. The rows below are illustrative examples, not searches we have run for you.
| Trigify Listening search (example) | Intentsly keyword posts (example) | Note |
|---|---|---|
| "cold outreach" AND "burnout" NOT "job" (Business Network, Reddit, X) | Pain point: cold outreach burnout | Reddit and X matches are lost; LinkedIn matches remain |
| "looking for" AND "SDR tool" | Topic: looking for an SDR tool | Phrase it the way a buyer writes a post, not a Boolean query |
| "Apollo" OR "Lemlist" NOT "hiring" | Tool: Apollo; Tool: Lemlist | One tool per entry, so each gets its own signal |
| Subreddit r/sales mentions of "intent data" | None | No subreddit sources; see the manual Reddit method below |
| Podcast transcript mentions of a competitor | None | Not covered |
Two limits to check before you start typing. Intentsly monitors and writes outreach in English, Romanian, German and Dutch, so searches in other languages have no home yet. And if part of your Listening was on Reddit, the search operators in how to find B2B leads on Reddit rebuild that part by hand until a tool covers it.
Step 4: Reconnect HubSpot and set the sending limits
Intentsly's native integrations are HubSpot, Cal.com, Google Calendar and LinkedIn. Connect HubSpot first, then compare the fields against the mapping you saved: Trigify's HubSpot node wrote Email, First Name, Last Name, Company, Job Title and any custom properties you added, and matched duplicates on email or Business Network URL. Any HubSpot list or sequence that filtered on a Trigify-specific custom property needs its filter changed, or it goes quiet the morning after your end date.
Then connect the LinkedIn accounts that will send. Intentsly allows up to 2 LinkedIn accounts per plan, with a hard cap of 30 messages and 30 connection requests per account per day; Intentsly recommends 15. If Trigify fed a sequencer running at higher volumes through several senders, plan for lower daily volume and tighter targeting rather than trying to match the old numbers. This is the point where the manual work of reading each engager's profile, deciding whether they fit and writing the first message disappears: Intentsly's AI SDR scores the person, sends the connection request and message, replies in the conversation and drops your calendar link when the lead is ready.
Connect Cal.com or Google Calendar last, because the AI SDR books meetings into it.
Step 5: Run both tools side by side until 22 October
The 7-day free trial fits inside the days that remain, so start it now rather than on the last day. For the overlap period, keep Trigify's Signals feed open and compare it against the Intentsly feed for the same competitors and leaders. You are checking two things: that the engagers Trigify surfaced also appear in Intentsly, and that the people Intentsly scores highest are people you would have messaged anyway. Try the AI shows matching buyers before you create an account, which is a quick way to sanity-check the source list from step 2.
When we ran this setup on ourselves, targeting founders complaining about cold outreach burnout and letting the AI SDR handle the replies, we booked 14 qualified demos in 14 days with zero manual outreach, and the reply rate was 4x our previous cold campaigns. That is one team and one campaign, not a benchmark, and it says nothing about the listening or workflow jobs this guide tells you to take elsewhere.
What you give up when you move
A migration guide that lists only what carries over is an advert. Here is what does not come with you:
- Multi-platform listening. Reddit, X, YouTube and podcast sources are gone. Trigify's help centre lists all of them; Intentsly lists none.
- Job-change and hiring signals. Trigify's "Changed role" and "Changed company" types worked with no setup; Intentsly has no equivalent.
- A node editor. No If Condition, no HTTP Request, no AI Agent prompts. You get scoring and a HubSpot integration instead.
- CRMs other than HubSpot. Attio, Salesforce and Airtable users need another route.
- Email sending. The AI SDR works on LinkedIn only.
- Phone enrichment and an API. Neither is listed among Intentsly's features today; verified emails are.
- Volume. Two sender accounts, 30 messages and 30 connection requests a day each, 15 recommended.
If two or more of those are central to how you sold, the honest advice is to use Intentsly for the LinkedIn engagement job and something else for the rest, or to pick a different tool altogether from the alternatives hub.
Copy this migration checklist
Paste it into a doc and tick it off before 22 October 2026.
TRIGIFY TO INTENTSLY MIGRATION (finish before 22 October 2026)

[ ] Industry-leader sources added
[ ] Keyword posts rewritten from Listening searches (English, Romanian, German or Dutch)
[ ] HubSpot connected; lists and sequences re-pointed off Trigify properties
[ ] LinkedIn sender accounts connected (max 2); daily caps set, 15 recommended
[ ] Cal.com or Google Calendar connected
Overlap
[ ] Both feeds compared for the same competitors for at least 3 days
[ ] First AI SDR conversations read before raising volume

The export section comes first for a reason: once access ends, everything that depended on it ends too, and anything not written down is gone.
What to do next
Export today, then run the one-minute rule from the first section. If the LinkedIn engagement job is the one you are replacing, open Try the AI with your three biggest competitors and see which buyers it surfaces before you set up anything else; if the list looks like the people you were already messaging from Trigify, start the trial and work through steps 2 to 5 while both tools still run. If it does not, the Trigify alternatives comparison is the better next page.
FAQ
Can I import my Trigify CSV exports into Intentsly?
Plan to recreate rather than upload. Intentsly's sources are competitors, industry leaders, keywords and hashtags, which you re-enter from your targets list, not a lead file. Export from Intentsly is confirmed, but an import of a Trigify Output CSV is not something the product describes, so keep those CSVs for HubSpot or a sequencer instead.
Does Intentsly cover Trigify's Reddit, X, YouTube and podcast listening?
No. Intentsly's signals are LinkedIn only: post engagement, keyword posts, competitor page followers and hashtag engagement. Trigify's help centre lists Reddit, X, YouTube and podcasts as Listening sources, and none of those move with you. For Reddit, a manual search method works in the meantime; for the rest, pick a listening tool from the alternatives hub.
What happens to the contacts Trigify already pushed into HubSpot?
They stay. Records created or updated by Trigify's HubSpot node live in your HubSpot portal, not in Trigify, so losing Trigify access does not remove them. What does break is anything downstream that filtered on a Trigify-written custom property, because no new records will carry it. Re-point those lists and sequences before your end date.
How long does it take to migrate from Trigify to Intentsly?
Export takes the longest, especially with several workflows whose Output tabs run to many pages. Setting up competitors, leaders, keyword posts, HubSpot, LinkedIn accounts and a calendar is self-serve, with no sales call, and fits in an afternoon. Allow three or more days of overlap with both feeds running, which fits the 7-day free trial if you start before the cutoff.
Does Intentsly send email sequences like Smartlead or HeyReach did from Trigify?
No. The AI SDR sends LinkedIn connection requests and messages, replies in the conversation and sends your calendar link; it does not send email. If your Trigify workflows fed an email sequencer, that sequencer needs a new lead source, and Intentsly's verified emails can be exported to it, though the format is not something to assume until you see it in the product.
What about job-change and hiring signals?
Intentsly does not track role changes, company changes or hiring. Trigify's "Changed role" and "Changed company" types needed no setup and will have no equivalent after you move. If those drove your pipeline, the alternatives hub names tools built around job changes; use Intentsly only for the engagement side.
